ASG Bancorp hosts 2025 mid-year review workshop

ASG Bancorp successfully held its 2025 Business Plan Mid-Year Review & Strategic Planning Workshop at the HQ office. The half-day session brought together the management team and HQ employees – more than 30 staff – to reflect on progress to date and set priorities for the remainder of the year.

Through a series of group discussions and presentations, participants reviewed achievements, identified challenges, and agreed on key actions to drive results in the second half of 2025. The workshop reinforced teamwork, accountability, and a shared commitment to serving clients with efficiency and impact.

The session concluded with a strong call to action: to turn insights into tangible results and ensure every department contributes to achieving ASG Bancorp’s 2025 goals.
