Improving operation efficiency and client experiences via Digital Field Application (DFA)

We are always looking for better ways to serve our clients. Digital transformation is part of our business plan 2022 which supports our vision to be the most efficient and innovative microfinance institution in Myanmar.

After we launched the new core banking system, Musoni in May 2022, we continued to implement the Digital Field Application (DFA) which is integrated seamlessly with Musoni. DFA is designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs for organisations by digitalising the core tasks typically carried out by loan officers. DFA improves data quality, reduces data entries at back offices, and enhances the experience for both organisations and clients who will benefit from faster time rounds and increased transparency.

Since DFA is connected with Musoni system and is designed to be used on a tablet or smart phone, loan officers can collect loan applications digitally through DFA in person without using traditional paper forms. On the tablet, loan officers can view client information and register new clients easily in both online and offline modes. As a result, it enables us to provide a timely service to our clients as well as save our time and costs.

We believe that DFA helps us make our service easier and more accessible for our customers through digital transformation. We continue to endeavor to provide the best services to our valuable customers with the most efficient and innovative practices in this rapidly changing environment.
