Launched a new Integrated Core Banking System

“To make our service easy and accessible for our customers through digital transformation” is one of the objectives of ASG Bancorp’s (ASGB) Strategic Business Plan. To enable our goal, we selected Musoni as its core banking and digitalisation partner in order to accelerate our rollout across Myanmar. Musoni is a leading digitalisation partner for microfinance, helping financial organisations to digitalise their operations.

ASGB offer a full suite of loan, savings and social welfare products and hope that Musoni will enable us to reach more customers who are needing funds to start up or expand thier businesses in both urban and rural areas.

The project took a total of 3 months. Despite a number of challenges, ASGB project members learnt and developed their skills and capabilities while implementing the system. Thanks to professional support from Musoni, we are pleased to announce that we successfully completed the project and the new system was launched on 1st April.

We continue to improve our operation which we believe, will help us achieve our vision – to become the most efficient and innovative microfinance institution in Myanmar, and to provide the most client-orientated financial services in the country.
